Executive Management Team

Our company is managed by the following key executives:

		Suresh Menon - Chief Executive Officer Suresh is a Vice President of TCS and joined Diligenta in 2006 as Director of Strategic Operation. He was appointed CEO of Diligenta in early 2008. Since joining TCS in 1986, he has held a number of senior executive positions within the organization in India, Europe and Australasia. He holds a Master’s Degree in Physics and a Master of Technology degree in Computer Science.
		Martin Manning - Director, Commercial and Legal Martin is Commercial and Legal Director for TCS UK and Diligenta. He has many years Executive experience in Commercial, Operations and Business Development roles. Martin has successfully completed a substantial number of commercial and corporate transactions in Financial Services, including outsourcing contracts valued over £1bn and property and corporate disposals of over £500m.
		Chris Maybank - Phoenix & SLF UK Account Director Chris has an established track record for producing headcount and cost reduction by combining one of the most effective business process re-engineering tools with one of the industry's best performance management techniques. Under Chris's expert eye, Diligenta not only meets each of its client's demanding SLAs, but also delivers a higher degree of customer care to its clients, while maintaining employee morale. Chris joined Diligenta from Pearl, where he was part of the Executive Team who negotiated the BPO administration deal.
		Shalini Pandita - Director, Governance Shalini is a qualified solicitor and holds extensive sector experience in leading financial services governance functions and dealing with the FSA. Prior to joining Diligenta, Shalini led the Governance team of a major outsourcer. She leads Diligenta's compliance, risk and internal audit teams.
		Neil Reynolds - Chief Financial Officer Neil Reynolds is a Chartered Management Accountant with an outstanding record for driving change in business. His dynamic approach meets the dual challenge of exceeding client expectations and creating shareholder value. His international experience spans a broad range of multi-national service industries including senior finance roles within the life and pensions industry.
		Steve Wright - Director, Corporate Planning and Change Steve is responsible for strategy and planning for Diligenta, establishing long and short term goals for the business. He also leads Diligenta’s bid management team. Prior to joining Diligenta, Steve led the BPO evaluation team for Pearl Group.
		Paul Flanders - Head of HR Paul has extensive HR Generalist experience in the Financial Services sector with a focus in recent years of leading the people aspects of change management programmes including business restructuring and TUPE transfer initiatives. With responsibility for the delivery of all HR services, Paul is driving the ongoing development and implementation of Diligenta's people proposition in support of business strategy through industry best practice HR policies and practices.
